This 1946 residence hadn't been updated since the 1970's.  Keeping the general layout, bathroom fixtures were replaced in two small bathrooms.  The design incorporated built-in storage, medicine cabinets and the right size fauctes and toilets.

Special features included pin-wheel marble flooring, quartz counter tops and wall-mount faucets.
