We are a full service architectural firm offering everything from feasibility studies, site planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
Schematic Design
This phase of design we still enjoy working pencil to paper to develop designs. We begin this design phase after we have met with our client to determine their needs, spacial requirements, building restrictions and desired styles. Once a design is chosen, we can move along to the Construction Document phase.
Construction Documents
After completing the schematic design phase we create the final, detailed drawings that will be used for construction by a contractor of the client's choice. This set of drawings can also be used for submitting for building permit.
Construction Administration
For project follow through, we offer construction administration. We can meet at the job site in regular intervals to answer questions and keep the owner informed of the progress.
